Random post!

So like I stated at some point on here, this blog is mainly a mirror of my website( http://videogamesreviews.siterubix.com/ ). So there's mostly blogs about video games and links to my site.  That's not the point of this post though. This one falls under the realm of random/ personal thoughts.

Anyways I'm always researching random things just to find interesting things. Today I came across some health objects I'd never heard of but apparently they're popular items. Also ran across things i found humorous and have a hard time believing they exist. So I want to share these things with you so you can learn about them or if you already know what they are then you can better educate me on them. I love to learn interesting facts so don't be afraid to tell me about things in the comments.

So the first thing I ran across is Matcha.  Matcha is apparently a green herbal tea with a lot of beneficial qualities. When I ran across the word I almost ignored it because I thought it was some kind of dating thing and unoriginal. Then i continued seeing it as I browsed health items I decided to actually look at it. From what I've read this stuff is amazing for you. I can't testify for it myself because I haven't used it and I hate green tea, which kinda sucks for me.. This tea claims to give an efficient energy boost throughout the day and make you feel revitalized. Also like all green tea it boosts your metabolism's calorie burning.  While boosting your metabolism it claims to also reduce cravings and contain 137 times the amount of antioxidants compared to regular green tea. Lastly it claims to be able to reduce your stress due to containing an amino acid called L-Theanine.  After reading these claims I decided to look at reviews left by previous customers of the tea and this is the general idea I got: 4 and half star rating on amazon with most reviews saying the product tastes great and that they could feel the effects of the tea in their body. They felt a constant energy level and didn't feel as hungry all the time. So if you like green tea and want some added health benefits it sounds like this is the tea for you!

Do you like the idea of increasing you brain capacity? Then maybe you've heard of Nootropics. Nootropics  is a supplement that claims to help your brain. So Nootropics isn't a brand or anything but instead an over arching term used to describe medication or supplements that claim to improve cognitive abilities. One of the most common supplement classified as Nootropic is caffeine. Caffeine is known for improving alertness and focus temporarily for the user. There are many other types and several companies sell supplements containing  several types that work together to promote better brain health.

So i'm nearing the end of this post so that I don't bore you too much with things I find interesting but I will leave you with a question you can answer in the comments if you want.

Q1. Would you ever live in a Tiny home? Every time I turn on my TV, I see stories about people living in tiny houses and loving it. Would that be something you would enjoy and why?

Q2. Why buy Beard oil? From what I've researched all beard oil does for the user is make their beard smell good. Does your beard smelling good play a major role in your life?

Q3. For the last random question: How many people wear Fitness Trackers? I myself own a FitBit Flex and run around all day in order to get my 10,000+ steps for the day. How many of you also have some kind of fitness tracker and do you find yourself running around just to satisfy your daily goal?

Thanks for reading!
